Lim's Uniforms is the official uniform supplier. Uniforms are breathable, easy to maintain, and designed for learner comfort; fabrics meet EU standards and OEKO-TEX certification. Uniforms can be ordered online or at Lim's Holland Village store; sample uniforms are available on school premises.

Food Options
Chartwells provides meals, which are nutritionally crafted for learners; meals are nut-free and pork-free, with halal certification coming soon; gluten-free and vegetarian options are available. Meals can be pre-ordered for each learner.

House System
A house system exists with four houses: Api, Ayer, Tanah, and Angin. House Captains lead house activities and events, fostering belonging and cross-year collaboration.

Application and enrolment fees are non-refundable. Tuition fees are subject to the school's refund policy, and pro-rated refunds may apply if a student withdraws mid-semester.

- Bank Transfer: Payments should be made to UOB Bank, with all bank charges borne by the payer.

Social and Emotional Learning (SEL)
Nexus fosters Social and Emotional Learning through a tailored programme integrated alongside the academic curriculum. This includes dedicated time each week for activities and lessons focused on learners' social and emotional well-being. The school employs full-time counsellors who offer socio-emotional support across all age groups, providing a safe and supportive environment for learners. Facilities Overview
The campus is a 12-storey, purpose-built building located at 1 Aljunied Walk, Singapore. The spaces are flexible and designed to support personalised learning. The school features a Two-storey Auditorium with a large LED screen, Black Box Theatres, Arts and Design Studios with 3D printers and sewing machines, a Ceramics Studio with kiln, and a Science Mega Lab for hands-on experiments. It also includes an Aquatics Centre with an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a FIFA- and World Rugby-certified Astroturf field. Nursery and Kindergarten spaces and a Year 5–6 Learning Hub are part of the campus, along with other flexible learning areas.

The Aquatics Centre houses an Olympic-sized swimming pool. The FIFA- and World Rugby-certified Astroturf field provides a professional surface for training and competitions.

Academic Facilities
The academic spaces include a Science Mega Lab with flexible workstations and advanced equipment, Arts and Design Studios equipped with 3D printers and sewing machines, and a Ceramics Studio with kiln. A Music Technology Studio and Music Practice Rooms support music production and practice. Flexible classrooms support engaged learning and adaptable lesson configurations.

Co-curricular activities include swimming, sports, and the arts. The school offers over 115 co-curricular opportunities including Primary and Secondary school productions, music ensembles, choirs and orchestras, the Nexus newspaper, competitive and recreational sports clubs, elite swimming and learn-to swim programmes, STEM and coding CCAs and more.

Academic & Intellectual
The school delivers a continuum of IB and Cambridge programmes. The Primary Years Programme (PYP) is offered in the Primary, followed by the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) in Years 7–9, Cambridge IGCSE in Years 10–11, and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Years 12–13. The IGCSE is offered through Cambridge International Education (CIE) and Edexcel. The curriculum emphasizes inquiry-based learning and university preparation.

Arts & Creative
The Arts are integrated into Nexus learning, encompassing drama, fine arts, and music. From Nursery through Year 9, art is taught as part of the core curriculum, with opportunities to specialise in IGCSE and IBDP from Year 10 onward. The school provides dedicated facilities and an Instrumental Programme offering individual or small-group lessons, plus year-round performance opportunities such as Nexus Beats and school productions.

Drama and music are prominent, with the London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art (LAMDA) programme available for younger learners and other performing arts opportunities throughout the year.
